| PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT
Conditions:
1.A minimum of 14 days notice prior to performance date must be given in writing in the event of cancellation or changes to this Agreement, failure to do so would constitute full payment of fee.
2.Insurance – all artist have full cover
3.A secure changing area to be provided and refreshments available.
4.All monies should be paid to Nova Star Productions on receipt of invoice
5.All performers to provide own costumes and props.
